My kitchen is a gluten-free zone. If you have a nut allergy, please give me sufficient time to clean and disinfect to accommodate your order.
PAYMENT
I require a non-refundable 50% down payment on all invoiced orders once we have confirmed the date and design of the order. Payment-in-full is due 2 weeks prior to the delivery/pick-up date.
CANCELLATION
To be made no fewer than 14 days before your scheduled date.
Cancellations more than 14 days before the event will receive store credit for the 50% down payment. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event (presuming you have paid in full in accordance with our 2-week schedule) will induce the forfeiture of the full cost for the item and receive only 50% back in-store credit.
If you need to move your event date, I will accommodate pending availability.
DELIVERY
Delivery charge varies on location, $10 within Roanoke city & county, $15 within 30 mi., & $20 up to 40mi. Wedding deliveries and outside 40mi will be extra.

SURCHARGE
I require two weeks' notice on most orders. If I can take them but it is past that window of time, I do charge a surcharge of 20% of your order to accommodate the order.
DISCOUNTS
I do not offer discounts except for orders larger than 10 dozen, in that instance the next dozen will be free.
