PAYMENT

We require a non-refundable 50% down payment once we have confirmed the date and design of the order. Payment-in-full is due 2 weeks prior to the delivery/pick-up date.  

CANCELLATION

To be made no fewer than 14 days before the event. 

Cancellations more than 14 days before the event will receive store credit for the 50% down payment. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event (presuming they have paid in full in accordance with our 2-week schedule) will induce the forfeiture of the full cost for the item and receive only 50% back in-store credit. 

If you need to move your event date, we will accommodate pending availability. 

DELIVERY

Delivery in Sarasota county is a flat fee of $20 if you need delivery outside of Sarasota County please message me for delivery cost. My set-up fee for weddings and catering events depends upon the location, length, and difficulty of set-up, please message me for cost.

DIY Macaron Christmas Tree Decorating Kit Instructions

& Buttercream Recipe

Your kit consists of Four Macaron of various sizes, a piping bag, a star tip and a bag of decorating sprinkles including your star for the top of the tree!

Make sure to add enough buttercream to hold the next layer and allow for decorating!

Once your assembly is complete its time to decorate the tree! Utilize your bag of sprinkles or make a batch of royal icing to drip or lace around the tree!

Cut the tip of your bag just enough to allow your pastry tip to sit in it without obstruction. Next fill it with your buttercream. Start your first layer by piping straight up and down.

Continue on until you've built all your layers. Don't worry, if your tree is a little lopsided just shift it or lift your cookie and apply more buttercream.

Small-batch Vanilla Frosting

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons (2oz) unsalted butter softened

  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar sifted

  • 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon milk or cream

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat softened butter until light and fluffy, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of milk or cream, vanilla extract, and salt.

  2. Beat until smooth. Add up to 2 additional teaspoons of milk until frosting reaches your desired consistency.

 

Recipe Notes

To substitute vanilla bean for extract, use 1/2 to 1 inch of vanilla bean, to taste. For paste, follow the substitution guidelines on the jar, as it varies from product to product.
